Just a little heads up. Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing is now available for sale. The above pic is the entire roster and the below is the launch trailers. I can’t wait to give this game a go. There are a lot of good games coming out in the next few months. But not many that fill the racing niche like this game. So it should do pretty well. I’ll let you know what I think of the game once I get my hands on a copy.

The biggest news to come out of this weekends Mobile World Conference in Barcelona. Is the reveal of Windows Phone 7 Series. It’s a truly slick interface that really makes the mobile wars interesting. Iphone, Android and Series 7 are all great platforms. Sorry RIM fanboys they have fallen behind as far as consumer orientated smart phones go.

Okay now as to why I’m personally excited about series 7 and why you should be too. Check out he pic of the start screen above.  They have finally integrated XBOX Live yup you’ve heard it right. Windows mobile has really taken a huge leap forward. You will be able to have your avatar on the phone. It’s going to be a full 3d model like on xbox and you will be able to customize the avatar right on the phone. But that’s not all. There will be games that will be able to earn you achievement points for your XBOX Live account. Yes that sound you just heard is achievement whores around the world fainting. We will have to wait until MIX in April for more details of live integration on Windows Phone 7 Series.But this is great news and really has me excited for the future of Mobile Gaming on cell phones.
