Cammie Dunaway revealed today at the Nintendo Summit that the DSI XL will be released to North America on March 28th for $189.99. This beefed up DSI has been available in Japan since  November 22 (My Birthday in case you want to mark it on your calendars)it debuted there for about $222 us so it’s a nice little break we’re getting here.

Also announced today was “100 Classic Books” for the DSi XL will ship on June 15 for $19.99.  It includes classics like Bram Stokers Dracula and pretty much all the free books available. Not really worth $19.99 as far as i’m concerned when you can find them all online for free. You will, Dunaway said, hold the XL like a book to read on it. My suggestion is visit Project Gutenberg and save yourself $19.99

Just a little heads up. Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing is now available for sale. The above pic is the entire roster and the below is the launch trailers. I can’t wait to give this game a go. There are a lot of good games coming out in the next few months. But not many that fill the racing niche like this game. So it should do pretty well. I’ll let you know what I think of the game once I get my hands on a copy.
